Crescit’s Diamond Joins Industry Leaders Roundtable at CREFC’s 2019 Miami Conference
Kim Diamond, Head of Structuring and Credit at Crescit Capital, recently served on the Industry Leaders Roundtable at CRE Finance Council (CREFC)’s 2019 Miami Conference, one of the organization’s two premier conferences held annually in the United States. Taking place January 14th – 16th, the event addressed the most relevant topics facing the industry presented by recognized finance leaders, and was attended by the Crescit Capital Executive Team.
“With rising interest rates, cooling values in many markets and increased economic instability, the real estate finance and investment community has reached an inflection point,” said Diamond. “Events put on by CREFC give professionals an opportunity to survey the landscape and promote liquidity, transparency and efficiency within the industry.”
